- Have knowledge of PVC, EPDM, BUR, and metal roof systems.
- Prefer to work on flat or low sloped roofs.
- Enjoy training and leading a team of 4-6 technicians.
- Have experience with hot air welding.
- Know that each roofing job is not created equal.
