Primary Responsibilities and Key Qualifications to include, but not limited to:

· Performs preventative and/or routine maintenance on equipment

· Trouble shoots and diagnoses problems, equipment issues, and executes repairs

· Works with manufacturing and engineering staff to problem solve and assure repairs are completed correctly

· Ensures new equipment is operating properly, including utility hook ups

· Maintains building systems including: compressed air, water, sewer, and electrical

· Strong knowledge of machine controls – programming and wiring

· Ability to read and/or understand machine manuals, wiring diagrams, blue prints and schematics

· Basic computer navigation ability – email, internet, applications, etc.

· Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, electrical, plumbing and welding

· Ability to operate welding equipment, forklift, drill press, milling machines, and other maintenance equipment

· Organized, works within a process, excellent problem-solving skills

· Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment

· Willingness to learn new things

· Safely lifts and / or moves up to 50lbs

· Physical/Sensory Functions: Regularly will stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands; Frequently will talk/hear, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; Occasionally will sit.

Must have reliable transportation.
