Job Summary:
As a Strength Coach at Pryde Athletics & Physical Therapy, you are the heartbeat of our member experience. You will deliver high-quality training sessions at a group or individual setting while supporting our mission to elevate the standard of performance, health, and community. You’ll be expected to provide safe, engaging, and effective workouts, build meaningful relationships, and support the overall culture of the gym.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver coaching sessions aligned with Pryde’s programming and quality standards
Ensure safety, proper form, encouragement during all sessions
Track attendance, complete session logs, and input basic client notes
Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients and team members
Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and ongoing education
Support client onboarding and retention strategies (goal tracking, check-ins)
Contribute to upsell efforts
Role Requirements:
Certification in personal training or strength & conditioning (ex. NASM, NSCA, ASCM, ACE, or similar).
CPR/AED certified
Strong interpersonal communication and time management skills
Energetic, coachable, and team-oriented
Ability to lift and demo exercises with proper form (strength, mobility)
Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
Familiarity with group training dynamics and progression-based programs preferred
