We have current openings for a commercial CSR as well as an additional personal lines CSR.

Current P & C Insurance License with a minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service. Ability to work in the agency two days a week after training. Training will require 5 days a week for first 3 weeks minimum based on training needed.
Detailed and accurate data entry is a must. Ability to prioritize your day and client responsibilities required. We are known for being incredibly responsive and thorough with client and policy requests, so providing excellence in customer service is expected.
