Location: Flintfields Horse Park, Traverse City Horse Shows
Position Type: Full-Time (Event Season: May–September; Remote in the off season)

Traverse City Horse Shows is seeking an experienced Food + Beverage Manager to oversee bar operations, VIP hospitality areas, and event planning for our world-class equestrian events. This role blends creativity, leadership, and strategic oversight to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive event success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bar layouts, inventory, and POS systems for seamless operations.
• Lead staffing efforts, including recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop seasonal menus and sponsorship activations.
• Oversee logistics for VIP spaces like Cabana Coast boxes and The Overlook.
• Analyze budgets and set strategic goals for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food and beverage or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Financial acumen, including budget management and analysis.
• Creative approach to guest experiences and event planning.
