Seeking line cook with professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line or baking.
Line cook is responsible for cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the Chef, stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food during service, food and portioning prior to service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
Qualifications: Knowledge of food safety standards, ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time, attention to detail (so as to match food presentation and quality standards).
Hours: Prep hours are flexible, but must be able to work during weekdays. Service cook hours are during evenings from 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. Service cook must be able to work at least 1 weekend night/week.
Pay Rate: $11/hr + tips (tips are pooled, pay rate may be up to $14/hr + tips depending on experience)
