Cherry Retail Customer Experience Associate

Benjamin Twiggs is opening a new flagship cherry retail and education space in downtown Traverse City at 305 W. Front Street, Suite D. As a fifth-generation, farmer-owned business, we’re creating more than a store — we’re creating a destination experience celebrating Michigan cherries.

We’re looking for a friendly, polished team member who loves people, storytelling, and hospitality-level service.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to locals and tourists

• Share our farm story and cherry product knowledge

• Assist with gift boxes, specialty items, and corporate orders

• Maintain beautiful, organized displays

• Process transactions accurately

• Support in-store events and tastings

What You Bring

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Comfort in a fast-paced retail setting

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
