As a Sales Representative, you'll be a direct driver of that expansion: connecting with clients, moving them through our pipeline, and helping us reach more people who need what we offer. What You'll Do:

Contact and follow up with leads by phone and email to fuel our growth pipeline

Document and track all lead interactions in our system

Provide accurate estimates to potential clients

Re-engage cold leads to expand our reach and build future opportunities

Guide clients through estimate approvals and schedule in-home estimates

Monitor and move clients through each stage of the sales funnel — your throughput directly impacts our growth

Support the office team with additional administrative needs

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in using Google Suite

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple clients at once

A positive, professional attitude and willingness to help teammates succeed
