Job Summary The Long-Term Care Ombudsman (LTCO) provides services to Missaukee, Wexford, Emmett, Charlevoix, Grand Traverse, Antrim, Manistee, Benzie, Leelanau and Kalkaska counties, under the Michigan Long Term Care Ombudsman Program (MLTCOP). The Ombudsman activities include resident advocacy services, family support, and consumer education.
