Dunecrest Environmental is a Michigan-based consulting firm providing practical, experienced support in environmental due diligence, site investigation, corrective action, and compliance. We help clients navigate property transactions, redevelopment, and regulatory requirements through clear communication and data-driven solutions. Our work includes Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Baseline Environmental Assessments (BEA), Documentation of Due Care Compliance (DDCC), groundwater and soil investigations, and corrective action planning under EGLE and EPA guidance.
