About Us

Over the last 48 years, the Home Builders Association of Northwest Michigan (HBANWMI) has believed in advocating, educating, and giving back to our community through activities and events – large and small. We are a membership association dedicated to helping our members grow and prosper while being a local resource for homeowners to find quality services and reliable contractors. Our belief is that we are working to connect builders, associates, and homeowners for a shared greater good for the community.

Education – We know a well-educated membership is the cornerstone of the home building industry. We believe that the HBA has the possibility and opportunity to facilitate learning for every member and that every member has the obligation to acquire new knowledge, skills, values, and habits to support the communities perception of our industry.
