Orchard Creek Health Care and Cedar Creek Commons make up a unique health care campus offering 1,2 and 3 bedroom Senior Apartments for independent living, 34 Assisted Living Apartments for residents who need help with daily living activities, 20 AFC licensed apartments for residents who require dementia care or more care than can be provided in an Assisted Living, but less than a typical Nursing Home and a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility offering 22 private rooms for residents who have experienced a stroke, accident, elective surgery or other Incident which requires short term rehab or long term nursing care.
