Tradewinds Commercial Properties is a commercial real estate leasing company offering ''cost-effective'' business spaces located in the highest profile settings in Northwest Michigan. Stand-alone office, retail, storage, warehouse, or industrial-manufacturing locations offer generally better-than-market lease rates at nearly unobtainable locations, helping guests economize, while growing their businesses. Tradewinds has been the steward of The Grand Traverse Enterprise Center located at 1145 Hastings Street for the majority of the Center's existence. This remarkably-central Traverse City enterprise space was created and managed by Don and Alberta Lynch and family into the late 1990's. From these convenient, versatile business suites, many hardworking employers have incubated, and grown successful businesses. By ethically serving the community, they have expanded employment, and at times, transitioned into their own facilities. It's called the American Dream. It is our purpose. And we have supported and encouraged these ''family'' departures for decades. While not a common occurrence, guests have actually determined theirs is the perfect setting, and have acquired their existing location as an asset to their portfolios. But the building, buying, or moving process always comes at an expense far greater than the economy offered by leasing at one of our managed lease facilities.
