About Us

I am a Customized Training Provider and Leadership Coach. I help $15M–$30M manufacturers eliminate Gross Profit bleed by applying the same rigorous engineering we use for machinery to training and organizational development.

Most consultants either teach textbook HR leadership or teach dry Lean/EOS operations. With an extensive background in Lean/Six Sigma/EOS/GGOB and Leadership development, I work with you to develop customized training solutions that meet your team where they are.

Based on my 20 years of experience with the Manufacturing Industry, I built a dual-engine approach to fix the manufacturing floor:
