Shop and Install Assistant

Overview: The shop and Install Assistant is responsible for supporting the activities in
our fabrication shop, warehouse and facility in general along with supporting activities
for our Install team in the field. This includes but is not limited to the staging of material
for fabrication, cleaning and organizing, maintenance activities, loading and unloading
material, installation of countertops, site set-up and clean up. This position will reports
to the Lead Installers and Lead Fabricators.

Job Responsibilities (specific tasks and functions to perform your job):
- Staging slabs and remnants for production
- Maintaining cleanliness of shop, warehouse and remnant storage room
- Helping load and unload the CNC
- Unloading deliveries
- Cleaning trench drains, sludge traps and supporting with the Clearly water
system
- Disposal of waste material
- Loading and unloading with install activity
- May aid in the fabrication of material in a support role
- Aiding with the tear-our and/or installation of material at off-site locations

Essential Functions
- Must be able to stand for long periods, shifts will typically last 8 or more hours
- Typical work week is M-F 8-4:30 - occasional weekends or nights may be
required
- Must be able to bend, lift and kneel
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs

Full-time/year round position
Starting Salary $22-$25/hr based on experience
