Fabricator

Overview: The role of Fabricator is responsible for completing quality finish on all
material that comes off of the CNC as well as any additional hand fabrication that needs
to be completed. This position not only completes the necessary fabrication work but is
responsible for the last quality check before installation. This role may be asked to
complete in-field tasks or service calls as well.

Job Responsibilities (specific tasks and functions to perform your job):
- Be aware of the job order and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Proficient use with all shop tools
- Must perform routine maintenance on the utilized equipment
- Understanding of our job sheets, the information provided and how pieces are
labeled
- Complete fabrication checklists along with our quality control process
- Understanding of different stone and material types and different methods to
work on each
- Ability to match color for seams and patches
- Support install activities
- Experienced and knowledgeable of stone fabrication techniques and methods

Essential Functions
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Standing for long periods of time
- Lifting up to 100+ lbs
- Operating machinery including, vacuum lift system, cranes and winches
- Schedule is typically M-F 40 hrs with occasional nights and weekends
- This position is eligible for overtime

Full-time Year Round position
Eligible for overtime
Starting Salary Range $25-$30 per hour based on experience
Eligible for 401k w/ employer match after 1 year of employment
Eligible for Paid Time Off after 90 days of employment
